Your order will be shipped in the corresponding days of the shipping method you have chosen. Normally, transit time is 3-5 days, pending we have the products in stock but some area take more time. If the product you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you. Some products are special order only. We will contact and inform you of the incurred delay. When your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number by email.
Your order will be shipped to the adress you will have provided at the end of the ordering procedure and we will contact you to establish the shipping price depending of the products you have chosen. Some products are oversize and/or very heavy and they will require additional fees. We always choose the most economical shipping method so that prices stay low. For online orders :
All exchange of online orders must be made within fifteen (15) days following the reception of your order. In case of shipping damage, it is of your responsibility to immediately advise the transporter. Shipping fees and the return shipping fees are at the expense of the client and are non-refundable. You electronic bill is required as proof of purchase.
