Shipping

We normally ship all our products within 3 to 5 business days to major Canadian cities.

Shipping Costs

Our website calculates the shipping cost according to the weight, the number of packages and your location. The cost shown at checkout is the normal shipping charge for most main cities. Some remote destinations or overweight shipments may be subject to surcharges without prior notification.

Free Shipping

Free shipping in Canada applies only to selected items marked “FREE SHIPPING”, and is subject to approval depending on your city.

No PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a complete street address for your delivery.

Returns Policy

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction on every product we sell and will refund your purchase; refunds must be requested within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase. The return fees will be charged to the customer. Appliances and equipment must be new and unused to be eligible for a refund. No refunds are given on food products.

Returns of Defective Products

Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be processed by contacting customer service first, to obtain an RA # (Return Authorization Number). We will not accept any returns of merchandise without an applicable RA #.

Before returning a defective product:

Contact customer service to obtain your RA #.
Package the product carefully for shipment and insure it with the carrier: we cannot assume responsibility for loss or damages to products returned to us during incoming shipment.
Enclose the following items with your return: any accessories related to the problem, your full address and daytime phone number, a note describing the problem, a copy of the dated sales receipt or other proof of purchase, and a valid RA #.

C.O.D. shipments cannot be accepted.
